Who we are

Mark Campbell and Johnnie Nettlefold

Mark Campbell

Mark worked for the book publishers Oxford University Press in marketing and as an editor. He then managed the office in Hong Kong with responsibility for all publishing and printing activities.

Before this, Mark had graduated from Edinburgh University with an M.A. (Hons) in French and in 1994 also gained a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from the Open University.

He joined Temple Millar in 1985 as a consultant in communications and management, delivering tailored in-company training throughout the UK. He became a partner in 1993 and specialises in:

· Performance Management

· Business Writing Skills

· Selection and Recruiting Interviewing

· Interpersonal Skills and Handling Conflict.

Johnnie Nettlefold

Johnnie started his business career in the insurance industry with Lloyds of London, working for them in the United States and subsequently running a team of brokers in the UK.

Before this, Johnnie had travelled and for 3 years worked in Kenya as part of the anti-poaching initiative, running a team of wardens and trackers.

He joined Temple Millar in 1988, becoming a partner in 1993. He specialises in:

· Time and Priority Management

· Personal Effectiveness

· Presentation Skills

· Interpersonal Skills, and

· Dynamic Reading.

US Associates

Cynthia Edmondson

In the USA we work closely with Cynthia Edmondson of Synovations Inc. which offers three major branches of services: consulting in change management and organization development; leadership training design and delivery; and conflict resolution and mediation.

Cynthia has a diverse range of experience in public and private sector organizations, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and government agencies.

Currently she is delivering such programmes for Temple Millar as:

· Facilitating Dynamic Group Meetings

· Leading and Working in Virtual Teams

· Communication Skills, and

· Effective Business Writing.

Rhonda Waters

Temple Millar also work closely with Rhonda Waters of Waters Learning and Development. Besides delivering management, communication and teamwork events in the USA, Rhonda delivers Targeted Selection courses as an accredited tutor with Development Dimensions International (DDI).

UK Associates

In the UK, we work in association with other consultants such as Colin Pattinson of Charter Consulting and Roger Minton of Minton Consulting, to ensure that Temple Millar can offer clients the best possible spread of leading and development training.
