In the USA we work closely with Cynthia Edmondson of Synovations Inc. which offers three major branches of services: consulting in change management and organization development; leadership training design and delivery; and conflict resolution and mediation.
Cynthia has a diverse range of experience in public and private sector organizations, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and government agencies.

Temple Millar has also worked closely with Rhonda Waters of Waters Learning and Development. Besides delivering management, communication and teamwork events in the USA, Rhonda delivers Targeted Selection courses as an accredited tutor with Development Dimensions International (DDI). |
